Terms of Service

Please read carefully before commissioning.By commissioning me, Pasquala, you agree to the following terms and conditions. They are subject to change and are bound when payment is sent. Alterations must be negotiated and explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to payment. Special offers (e.g., auctions, themed art, or sales) may have additional terms and conditions.For questions, please contact me before requesting a commission:

Conduct and Process

Once a commission is requested and accepted:
1) I will contact you to confirm the terms and price of the commission.
• To avoid the need for additional details, read Restrictions and Recommendations.
2) Once details are confirmed, I will send an invoice.
3) After payment has been received, I will begin drafting.
4) I will send you the draft for your review and approval.
5) Once approved, I will begin work on finishing the commission.
6) Once finished, the artwork will be emailed to you at its highest resolution as a PNG file.
7) Unless negotiated otherwise, the finished commission will be uploaded.
I may occasionally send WIPs to show progress. Depending on the work, edits may be possible.
Oversights I make during the process will be tended to in the best way possible. Refunds are not available after commissions are finished. Additional files (e.g. .mdp, .psd) may be sent on request.

Pricing and Payment

Paypal is my main form of payment, alternatives may be available on request. Prices are subject to change.
● I’m happy to provide quotes for a commission.
● Prices are in USD with transfer fees covered by the artist.
● Copyright may be purchased for an additional fee, depending on the client.
● Money sent in outside of the invoices will be treated as a tip.
● Prices are finalized on accepting the invoice but may be increased if scope is added.
● Please don’t haggle prices; it won’t work.
● A valid email must be provided for the invoice.
● Do not send payment prior to receiving an invoice

Restrictions and Recommendations

I reserve the right to decline commission for any reason without explanation. Commissioners must be 18+. Please understand that my restrictions are not exhaustive.I will not accept commissions that:
● Are racist, hateful, or intend to insult/harm others.
● Depict excessive violence, gore, or self harm.
● Only provide text-descriptions.
● Request copying another artist’s style (though I may take styles/aesthetic requests).
● Contain illegal content in your country or mine.
● Add significant scope to the commission after the invoice has been accepted.To minimize confusion and ensure that you get what you want, please:
● Always include visual references, even if they are just results from image searches.
○ If I search for references, I may get different results than what you’re hoping for.
● Use bulleted lists when describing details (not paragraphs).
● If you can’t decide on a pose or expression, provide descriptors of each character.
● Emphasize aspects of your character that other artists often forget or misrepresent.I may not be the fastest worker but I will always approach you honestly if I am unable to complete a commission. If you fail to respond to me for over a week, I will work to completion with the provided information. I will do my best to contact you through other means.

Refund and Cancellations

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, without explanation. If I cancel your commission, you will receive a partial refund. In rare circumstances, I may provide a full refund. You may request a refund at any time. Partial refunds are the difference in what you paid and what I worked up to minus expenses.
DO NOT file a chargeback as a means to receive a refund - contact me instead so that I may simply send the money back myself. If a chargeback is filed against me without my consent:
● You will be forbidden from commissioning me in the future.
● You will relinquish ALL rights granted by me to use my work
● All correspondence between us may be shared with PayPal during dispute resolution, other artists, or publicly at my own discretion.

Rights

You are paying me for the time and resources used for creating your commission. You may purchase the copyright and full commercial rights at an increased price. Unless otherwise stated, the following permissions and restrictions apply:
I, the artist:
● May distribute my work freely or use for commercial purposes, unless copyright is purchased.
● Will not claim your characters or ideas as my own.
You the client:
● May request I not share the work up for two months, if copyright is not purchased.
● May privately share WIPs during the commission process.
● May repost my work if credited to me, consisting of my name and a link direction to one of my profiles.†
● May crop and resize my work for use as a personal avatar without credit.†
● May use my work for badges/emojis, with credit given where possible (e.g., Twitch’s Artist Attribution).†
● May edit or have others edit my work on the condition that you clearly state it is derivative of my work and NOT a collaboration, and link direction to my original post or one of my profiles.† ‡
Anyone, including the client:
● May print out my work for personal non-commercial purposes
● May trace my work for inking practice on the condition that they link to the original as posted publicly be my if the inking is shared. ‡
● Shall NOT remove or obfuscate my signature/watermark without prior permission or take
credit for creating my work.
● Shall NOT produce or sell items that include or use my work to gain profit without first acquiring copyright of the piece.† The following rights do NOT apply to WIPs unless I explicitly agree to it.
‡ This does not grant permission to remove signatures/watermarks, but you may add your own as well. Selling such derivative work is not permitted.

NSFW

I am willing to draw NSFW at different rates. I am willing to draw many fetishes and kinks, but will refuse any at my own discretion. Images may be sent as reference material.

Privacy

You may request anonymity during and through the process, in which case I may use a placeholder name while referring to your slot in my queue. I may keep bookkeeping records (usernames, invoices, contact information, and correspondence), but they will not be divulged unless my terms are violated or I am required to do so by law.

Commissions

Please read my Terms of Service send your submission over Telegram, or Bluesky (or anywhere you can get ahold of me!) and what commission choice you would like to have. We can discuss what are the best times to contact, and of course your idea! This would also be the best time to bring up any additional requests and any questions. If I'm not given any specific instructions about style I will default to my typical pixelated brush and style.
If you have commissioned a piece before and would like it to be colored or shaded, all commissions are backed until 5 years after payment.Heads up!

• Quotes are free
• Art is listed with its estimated retail value.
• Simple backgrounds are complimentary, but complex ones will be extra
• Prices listed are starting prices, and may vary depending on character complexity, style choice, and the overall scope of the commission
• Very simple commissions can be at a discount from the typical prices
• I take NSFW Commissions, simply ask! or visit my NSFW site
• These are my regular commission rates, the information commission opening message will take priority (such as having discounted or PWYW slots)

Flat Color Typical Starting Prices
• $18 Bust/Halfbody
• $25 Fullbody
(Price are per character. Complex backgrounds/scenery start at $8. Simple Shading can be added for $2)
Includes an uncolored version and transparent at request.

Shaded Illustration Typical Starting Prices
• $25 Busts/Halfbody
• $35 Fullbody
(Price are per character. Complex backgrounds/scenery start at $12)
Includes Flats, transparent BG, and uncolored versions at request.
Note: The wait time will be a bit longer than other commissions.
